	Hmm - I don't _think_ that should be the case. If there is
	insufficient ram making the ramdisk would fail.

	Could you try the 1.5.1_BETA2 snapshot disk images at
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/sparc/snapshot/20010510-1.5.1_BETA2/
