uh,  old multisync monitors tend to lack sync-on-green,
which all the non-onboard color framebuffers output.
Some older  multisync monitors lack this.  (I think
even some newer ones lack it, too.)

If the reason Ethan needs a monitor for a 5k/25 is that someone
`salvaged' it for a PC, then the monitor works on a PC and any
multisync monitor should indeed suffice.  I've never had a 5k/25 to
play withk, so I'm not really sure.
