What do you mean "in NetBSD 3.0 and 3.1"?

The fix has been pulled up to netbsd-3 (for 3.2)
but not to netbsd-3-0 (3.0.3) nor netbsd-3-1 (3.1.1),
so you have to see ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/netbsd-3/
as I wrote.

I have no idea if the fix should be also pulled up to
branches for security/critical releases, though.
