Yes, at least theoretically (i.e. I haven't done this).

If that's easier for you, get Linux, but IP masquerading isn't the
only way to isolate the Internet from your private network.  An FAQ
using Firewall Took Kit with MacBSD is somewhere on www.macbsd.com,
and I'm told that a LKM called ip_fil does NAT (network address
translation) that can be used for the purpose.  Consult an archie
server nearest you to locate the package.
