Copy or link the correct time zone file to "/etc/localtime". The
selection of possibilities may be found under "/usr/share/zoneinfo".
You might use the abstract "MST7MDT", or better, pick a file that
best represents the civil rules in effect at your location, like
"Mexico/General" or "America/Mexico_City".
