Thanks Daniel,

Rearranging the cards in the PCI slots fixed the interrupt conflict but
fxtv still isn't refreshing the screen properly.  Every 30 seconds or so
I get the top 1/8 of the screen refreshed.  Sound works perfectly. 
Thought it might be the slow 233MHZ MM Pentium but top shows the CPU is
hardly working and also the WinTV works fine on Windows '98.  I noticed
ioctl tsleep errors.

Any suggestions on how to get the WinTV to work or who might know?  It
would be great to relax this weekend and watch a program on the flat
screen SONY Trinitron.
