We have two Cogent EM110 21140 based cards, neither of which seem
to want to work in a PC here. I borrowed a friend's Netgear card
(A much cheaper card) which configures and works fine.

Would the de driver from -current help here? We'd like to
use this box for packet filtering in a production environment,
so we'd much rather stick with 1.3.1 if we can...

They worked find under NeXTStep at 10baseT, but under NetBSD
the 100BaseT light locks on. For the install we need to use
	10baseT - I'll check it against a 100baseT port when I get
	a chance later.

Non functional Cogent cards configure with:

de0 at pci0 dev 15 function 0
de0: interrupting at irq 11
de0: Cogent 21140 [10-100Mb/s] pass 1.1
de0: address 00:00:92:96:04:36
de0: enabling 10baseT port

de1 at pci0 dev 16 function 0
de1: interrupting at irq 9
de1: Cogent 21140A [10-100Mb/s] pass 2.0
de1: address 00:00:92:96:39:cb
de1: enabling 10baseT port

	Happy Netgear card:

de0 at pci0 dev 16 function 0
de0: interrupting at irq 9
de0: 21140A [10-100Mb/s] pass 2.2
de0: address 00:40:05:a0:4e:3d
