Philip, I just posted a HOWTO to hopefully help you get going.  Ithasn't
appeared on the website yet, but it should be there soon.  If you like, I
can email it to you as well.

Also, there's not a whole lot you can do with the DC sans network.  you
can play games and 'cat' documents, and read the man pages, but other
than that, I haven't found a lot of use.  Mostly just the cool factor at
work :)

If you happen to have about $200 US you can get all the necessary gear:

keyboard $20
mouse (not supported yet) $20
Broadband adapter $59
