Rebuild the kernel. Copy your old kernel to netbsd.old.
Copy your new kernel to netbsd. Next time you reboot into
AmigaOS, mount your root partition and copy the kernel to the AOS
side. I don't know if this is the ``approved'' way of doing this
but it works for me.
