An old DEC SWXCR.  Wonderful!
It's really a Mylex controller, as obvious by the probe message.  Nice
but a bit old, it'll give you 10-15 Mbyte/s throughput depending on
config.

NBs:
  * It can't address beyond ca 8Gbytes on disks that are larger than that.
  * RAID sets can't have more than 8 disks (but you can have several sets)
  * Volumes can't be made larger than about 32Gbytes (but you can make
    several from a set)

The DOS configuration utility can fix this.  Download it from the Mylex
web site; this is also the place to get a firmware upgrade.
