For testing install eflite, copy /usr/pkg/share/yasr/yasr.conf to
~/.yasr.conf.  Use something like this in your config if you have
problems with speech-dispatcher:

[...]
synthesizer=emacspeak server
#synthesizer=speech dispatcher
#synthesizer port=S0
#synthesizer port=l0
synthesizer port=|/usr/pkg/bin/eflite
[...]
