No, tracks are recorded in the TOC separately, it is not about contents
of the tracks, but start/end sectors of the track in the TOC.

If you insert the CD in a "regular" CD player it should show you the number
of tracks and you can skip to arbitray ones and start them. With your CD
you probably only see a single track on the whole CD.
