    jabberd2 definitely does not need Haskell, but it needs sqlite and
    gsasl, so your point about minimal is fair.

    unpatched security issues.

Hi Greg,
I fear I am the wrong man for it - I have never prepared packages for
NetBSD. Also my server would not be a good place for experiments, its an
older setup - 5.1 - where I cowardly stay away from compiling things and
replace older packages.

Maybe its somebody out there who has the skills?
