wm/obconf had been removed from pkgsrc:
 http://mail-index.netbsd.org/pkgsrc-changes/2012/07/14/msg075699.html
but 2.0.4 out with "Updates to Openbox 3.5.2 libraries", so maybe it is
the chance to reimport it.
