x11/Xfixes

Hello,

I have tried this on a couple of different hosts, including my home box
(NetBSD/i386 5.0.2) and the production file server (NetBSD 4.0_STABLE). I can't
seem to build Xfixes and of course the applications that depend on that. Any
suggestions or advice would be most welcome.

Thanks,
  - Andy Ball
