I am running wip/modular-xorg-server with wip/openbsd-input-ws and I do
not see the problems with the mouse.

I tested this with x11/xf86-input-mouse and I *did* see the problems.

I am running a wip/modular-xorg-server of about 10 days ago, Blair has
done updates since then which are untested (by me I mean, in this
context)
