 Yes, you are right. But that directory is empty:
 
 tron@colwyn:~>find /usr/pkg/emul/linux32
 /usr/pkg/emul/linux32
 /usr/pkg/emul/linux32/dev
 /usr/pkg/emul/linux32/dev/shm
 
 The "make list | grep libc.so" also proves that no 32bit libraries
 were installed.
