 Yes.
 Usually, users want to use builtin one as far as possible, so keeping 
API_DEPENDS is preferred.
 On the other hand, users don't want mixed use of builtin one and pkgsrc one, 
so default API_DEPENDS
 should be bumped to most suitable one.
