>Description:
cdrtools-ossdvd mkisofs stops when making isos above 960-something mb...
example output (should have been about 1300mb):

(progress output, only to 99.65% done)
Total translation table size: 0
Total rockridge attributes bytes: 1449691
Total directory bytes: 3450880
Path table size(bytes): 13606
Max brk space used f232a4
516818 extents written (1009 MB)

>How-To-Repeat:
cdrtools-ossdvd 2.01.1.32 mkisofs on NetBSD 2.0.2 was ran in a 10's of gb /usr,
where "/c" is a fat16 (2gb or less):
mkisofs -o ./dos7.iso -l -long-joliet -J -R /c

I also did it with /c copied to /usr (mkisofs sometimes does not recognize
arguments' paths), which did the same thing.
