i've installed netbsd on new serwer (with intel STL2 board) on second SCSI
disk, recompiled kernel, installed RAID-1 on first putting nonexistent
device as second disk in raid0.conf (from man raidctl instructions),
partitioned raid, newfs'ed, copied everything, rebooted, then did

raidctl -a /dev/sd0e raid0
raidctl -F component1 raid0

and it started copying to second disk. after everything done i rebooted OS
and... it started to recompute parity once again.

after it i rebooted again (cleanly!!) and again it recomputes parity after
start.

what's wrong?!

BTW. this motherboard has strange IDE controller (with name beginning in
"P") which is unsupported (no DMA) and second channel doesn't work - it
says can't map interrupt.
anybody use that machine?
