Hi folks,

Juniper Networks has an open position for a System Software Engineer.
Juniper is a solid BSD shop.  JUNOS, the OS that runs the on Juniper's
routers and switches, is based on FreeBSD 4 and 6, along with NetBSD
influences.

This position is at the Sunnyvale CA head quarters (this is not a
full-time telecommute position).  Relocation is negotiable.  More details

System Software Engineer Sunnyvale, CA Design, develop and maintain
software features in the JUNOS platform software group.  Must have
thorough knowledge of UNIX internals, platform bring-up, computer
architecture and systems programming.  Must have thorough TCP/IP and
networking knowledge.  Development experience on Routers is a big plus.
Past experience in high availability, data structure or infrastructure
development, FreeBSD/NetBSD/Linux/UNIX is a big plus.  Strong C
programming language, system design and debugging skills, and
communication skills are a requirement.
