I've updated etc/Makefile (1.313) & etc/mtree/special (1.87)
so that /var/log/lastlog* and /var/log/wtmp* are 0664 root:utmp
Can this PR be closed, or are there still some applications
remaining that need to be changed to be setgid utmp from setuid root
to take advantage of this change?
