>Description:
The NetBSD/macppc install notes indicate that the installation kernel
image should be named netbsd.ram. This is important as in order to
boot a NetBSD kernel from OpenFirmware one must know the name of the
kernel file to pass to ofwboot.xcf. The official NetBSD/macppc ISO
image has a kernel named netbsd.macppc in the root of the ISO9660
filesystem, not netbsd.ram. I installed 1.5.1 on a new iBook today.
Everything was smooth sailing after figuring out what the kernel was
called. I took a cursory look through cvsweb and couldn't find where
the source for the install notes is kept or there would be a patch
suggestion included.
