>Description:
When installing in usr.bin/vi/USD.doc/vi.ref, the install fails
	because /usr/share/doc/usd/13.viref doesn't exist.
>How-To-Repeat:
Remove /usr/share/doc/usd, then do a "make distrib-dirs" in etc to
recreate the directory structure. Then, in usr.bin/vi, "make install".
>Fix:
I'm unsure what the fix should be, but this problem can be worked
	around simply by creating /usr/share/doc/usd/13.viref.
