Dear NetBSD fellows,
during the next weekend the fifth NetBSD hackathon[1] will take
place. This time, the hackathon will focus on NetBSD's online
documentation, also known as htdocs (the CVS repository containing the
WWW pages as well as the documentation).

Although the vast majority of htdocs already has been converted to the
"new" DocBook/XML format, there are still a number of pages left in
the "old" .list or even plain HTML format. In order to have all
documentation in a consistend format (from which possible future
documentation systems can convert from), the primary goal for this
hackathon will be to convert those remaining files into
DocBook/XML. Of course, updates of actual content are also more than
welcome.

The conversion of .list files to XML is not too much a difficult
task. So, this is an excellent occasion for you to help the NetBSD
project.

The hackathon will take place from Friday, 06. of April, until Sunday,
08. of April, at #netbsd-code on irc.freenode.org.

Further details and instructions on how to get started can be found at
[2].

Regards,
Daniel
