No.

I'm not sure what device it thinks it's trying to find, but it should be
looking for 4/0 or something like that instead of 46/0.  Are you booting
with /netbsd or /netbsd.jeff (or whatever)?  savecore will attempt to
lookup the value of dumpdev using the symbol table in /netbsd.

That's probably the good ol' keyboard hang.  Brad Grantham is working on
a fix for that.  Grab dt and try running that--it should keep the hang
from happening so easily.
