The build is still failing, but now with LAPIC related errors,
for example:

  /tmp/bracket/build/2019.06.14.09.23.42-amd64-baremetal/src/sys/dev/tprof/tprof_x86_amd.c: In function 'tprof_amd_start_cpu':
/tmp/bracket/build/2019.06.14.09.23.42-amd64-baremetal/src/sys/dev/tprof/tprof_x86_amd.c:138:49: error: 'LAPIC_PCINT' undeclared (first use in this function); did you mean 'LAPIC_PIN_PCINT'?
