aibs(4) warning at boot

Hi!

At boot I get these two warnings:

aibs0: warning under limit on 'CHASSIS FAN 2 Speed'
aibs0: warning under limit on 'POWER FAN Speed'

I get them only once at boot.

I suppose sysmon invokes the warning handler before aibs
got the chance to initialize the variable holding the fan speed.
