I have no problems with Firefox on my amd64 -- well, no more than the
memory leak issue I mentioned. Then again, I've had the number of file
descriptors set to 256 for a very long time, so perhaps that's the
issue. (I also increase assorted memory limits in my .profile -- check
that, too.)
