Hi!

I testet with an Compaq Evo N600c. It does suspend to state 3 and resumes.
Some gotchas:

I had to disable midi, fdc, com and lpt.

Sound doesn't work anymore after resume.

I have to call vbetool post, otherwise, the display is lit, but I get
no characters.

This is -current from 18-12-2007. The broken sound is a showstopper. My dmesg:
