Changes in src/sys/arch/i386/i386/cpu.c:1.33 of aprint_normal() to
aprint_debug() are cosmetic and rather arbitrary. Similarly for
amd64 going from old printf to aprint_debug(). Others too?
Maybe this is to make it consistent across architectures?
Hmm, seeing other instances of this, e.g. sys/arch/x86/x86/ioapic.c

It might have been nicer if these changes/fixes had gone in before
the newlock2 changes so the real newlock2 work is more distinct.
