Hi,

I'm trying to get data from my video cam recorder.
NetBSD 3.99.15 / i386 and JVC GR-D20E.
The connection is done via the firewire cable (that works on Windows ;)

dmesg:
#####################################
fwohci0: BUS reset
fwohci0: node_id=3D0xc800ffc1, gen=3D2, CYCLEMASTER mode

my testings:
#####################################
# fwctl -R original.dv
fwctl: open: No such file or directory

# sudo fwctl -R original.dv
fwctl: open: No such file or directory

# sudo fwctl -r =20
fwctl: open: No such file or directory

# sudo sysctl -w hw.ieee1394if.try_bmr=3D0
hw.ieee1394if.try_bmr: 1 -> 0

# fwctl -r
fwctl: open: No such file or directory

# fwctl -R original.dv
fwctl: open: No such file or directory
#####################################

Should I understand my cam recorder is not yet supported ?

TIA,
	Jo
