Nothing like that will ever happen. But if you constantly use "critical"
and "high" nobody might pay attention to the priority values of your PRs
in future because you always use the highest possible values.

E.g somebody told me these days that we have a PR maked as "critical" which
is open since 1996. I wonder if that PR is really critical considering the
fact that many people have been using NetBSD successfully in the past
seven years.
