Right, so that's why I'm pretty sure that the problem is in the PCI
bus configuration, and that AHC_ALLOW_MEMIO is not the right
solution. The 'no spaces enabled' and 'only memory enabled' look
very wrong.

Btw, what was the last thing you tried? Did you try a kernel with
the suggested pci fixup patch?
