Every so often I sup.  If sup works, I make a kernel.  If the kernel works,
I "make build" and forget about it.

It looks like it's been failing to update /usr/bin since October.  crt0.o
is new as of May 28th, but of course, the existing files weren't built with
it.

So, the problem goes away if I rebuild all the stuff in /usr/*bin.
